The fast foods are ready to eat food and are sold by vendors at public streets. Street foods are inexpensive so that people from economic classes eat from these vendor and hawkers. But now people of any gender, caste, creed and economic status are passionate about street food. Dabeli is a street dish sold on the streets of Gujarati towns. It is a popular snack originating from Kachchh region, Gujarat. This street food is like Vada Pav which is stuffed with spicy potato mixture with a garnishing of tamarind chutney and pomegranate.

3. Mutton Ghugni

It is a Bengali brunch dish which is served with kachoris along the roadside. Ghugni is a spiced gram based curry with masala and onions. It is essentially a vegetarian dish but mutton chunks are added into it which is, the specialty of this particular street food.

4. Banarasi Tamatar ki Chaat

It is a delicious street food from the holy city of Banaras. This chaat is very much popular on the street of Banaras as it has unique flavours of mashed pulpy tomatoes, boiled potatoes, and boiled peas topped with onions.

5. Palak Patta Chaat

Palak Patta Chaat is a very famous chaat from North India. It is one of the best snacks to be served at tea time. The recipe includes fresh spinach dipped in besan batter, fried deep and then topped with curd, masala, and delicious chutney.
