10 Easy Baileys Cocktail Recipes

1. Baileys Irish Ice

It was created by Tom Jago and is currently owned by Diageo and has 17% alcohol content. It is a medley of iced coffee with a hint of mint, chocolate, and espresso, mostly topped with whipped cream and it’s quite the show starter.

Recipe:

  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream with a Hint of Mint Chocolate
  • 1 oz iced coffee
  • 1 cup of chipped ice
  • 1 tablespoon espresso
  • 2 scoops Guinness gelato (or coffee ice cream).

Mixing

  • Add Baileys with a hint of Mint Chocolate, iced coffee and Guinness gelato to a blender.
  • Blend on high with chipped ice until smooth.
  • Top with espresso, a mint sprig and whipped cream.

2. Chocolatini

All you need for this recipe is vanilla vodka Baileys and chocolate liqueur. It is very creamy

and sweet.

Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 1/4 ounces Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce chocolate liqueur
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish.

Mixing:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Pour the vodka and liqueurs into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Serve and enjoy.

3. Caramel Irish coffee

It is a concoction of Baileys and Irish whiskey, butterscotch schnapps and brewed hot coffee.

Now doesn’t that sound satisfying and delicious?

Recipe:

  • 150ml hot, freshly brewed coffee
  • 1½ tsp brown sugar
  • 20ml Irish whiskey
  • 30ml Baileys
  • 2-3 tbsp Avonmore Freshly Whipped Cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce

Mixing:

  • Pour hot water into a mug or heatproof glass and leave for one minute to warm. Discard the water.
  • Fill the mug about three-quarters of the way with the coffee.
  • Add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add the whiskey and Baileys and stir to incorporate.
  • Hold a warm teaspoon over the coffee, with the back of the spoon facing up and the tip just touching the top of the coffee. Slowly slide the Avonmore Freshly Whipped Cream down the back of the spoon so that it spreads over the top of the coffee. Enjoy immediately.

4. Mudslide

A drink you can sit casually and is quite famous at Happy Hours.

Recipe:

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 ounce Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • chocolate syrup
  • shaved chocolate for garnish, optional

Mixing:

  • Add ice cream to a blender with Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream and vodka.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup into glass.
  • Pour in milkshake and garnish with shaved chocolate if desired

5. Irish Encounter

Wanting to spice up the regular banana smoothie? Add some Baileys. Now that is an “encounter”. You are sure to relish the sweet flavor of Baileys and coconut milk.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 ounces coconut milk
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1 1/2 ounce aged rum
  • 1/2 ounce Irish Cream liqueur
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish

Mixing:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a blender, add the ice, coconut milk, banana, rum, and Irish cream.
  • Blend for 15 to 20 seconds, or until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass or large margarita glass.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
  • Serve and enjoy.

6. Snickertini

For an indulgent Snickertini, mixed Baileys with caramel vodka, amaretto and chocolate liqueur. It is easy to prepare and a supreme fix.

Recipe:

  • Chocolate sauce, for garnish
  • Caramel sauce, for garnish
  • 1 1/2 ounces caramel vodka
  • 1/2 ounce amaretto
  • 1/2 ounce chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1 splash cream

Mixing:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Drizzle a thin line of both chocolate and caramel sauce on the inside of a rocks glass and place it in the freezer to chill.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the caramel vodka, amaretto, chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, and cream.
  • Shake well.
  • Pour the entire contents of the shaker (including the ice) into the prepared glass.
  • Drizzle with more chocolate or caramel sauce, if desired, and add a straw.
  • Serve and enjoy.

7. Vanilla latte cocktail

A vanilla latte cocktail is easier to make than a normal latte. Brew some dark sinful coffee and spike it with vanilla vodka and Irish cream.

Recipe:

  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • ¾ cup whole milk or barista-style nondairy milk
  • Turbinado sugar or vanilla sugar for garnish

Mixing:

  • Add rum, sugar and vanilla to a mug.
  • Pour in espresso (or coffee) and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  • Heat milk, either with an electric milk frother or in the microwave, just until warm to the touch, about 45 seconds.
  • If heating in the microwave, whisk the warm milk vigorously until a light foam appears or use a handheld milk frother.
  • Pour the milk into the mug and spoon the froth on top.
  • Sprinkle turbinado (or vanilla) sugar over the latte, if desired.

8. Salted Caramel Martini

Not only does it have great flavor, it also has an elegant presentation. The recipe includes a mixture of vodka, caramel syrup, and Irish cream for a smooth and creamy cocktail. The inside of the glass is drizzled with caramel, the rim is dipped in salted caramel and garnished with caramel candy for a pretty presentation.

Recipe:

  • 2 oz Caramel Vodka
  • 2 oz Rum Chata
  • Caramel Syrup
  • Coarse Salt

Mixing:

  • Rim martini glass with caramel syrup and coarse salt (if desired).
  • Drizzle caramel sauce inside martini glass (if desired).
  • Shake caramel vodka and rumchata with ice to chill.
  • Pour vodka rumchata mixture into prepared glass.
  • Enjoy and drink responsibly!

9. Irish Cactus

A good Blanco Tequila and Baileys is an unexpected pairing with Irish cream. Grab a glass, sit back and enjoy this delicious drink.

Recipe:

  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 2 ounces Irish Cream liqueur

Mixing:

  • In a glass filled with ice, pour the tequila and Irish cream.

10. B-52 Shooter

It is made with Kahlua and Grand Marnier with a middle layer of Baileys. This fusion of shots of worth trying.

Recipe:

  • 1/2 ounce Kahlua
  • 1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier

Mixing:

  • Pour the Kahlua into a shot glass.
  • Pouring slowly over the back of a spoon or with a bottle pourer, add an equal layer of Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Still pouring slowly over the spoon or with a pourer, add the layer of Grand Marnier.
