Mango With Chocolate, A Mindblowing Combo
When you have Mango only for few months with you, why just stick to mango juices, mango slices, mango mocktails or mango chutney? As these are very traditional dishes that we all have tried at least once. So, why not try something else and introduce a new flavor to our tongue!
If you are thinking the same, then how about a Mango Chocolate Brownie. This is a perfect recipe for a summer weekend to make the most of the lingering soft nectar and juicy taste of the King of Fruits ‘Mango’.
How to prepare Quick 30 min Mango Chocolate Brownie Recipe:
½ cup Maida (Refined Flour)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp Baking powder
½ cup melted butter
1 cup fine sugar
One tsp fresh cream
½ cup milk
¼ tsp mango essence
1 cup mango puree
¼ cup chocolate sauce (For Garnish)
Steps To Follow:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a mixture and set aside.
- Spoon the batter into the pan and bake for about 15-20 min (Until baked).
- Cool the brownies in the pan.
